Privacy Policy

Effective date: 11.01.2026

Welcome to Song Maker (the “Platform”) This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process information. Please read it carefully to understand our practices.

By accessing or using the Platform and related websites, services, applications, products and content (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please do not use the Services.

This Policy covers:

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information about your use of the Platform

We may collect information about how you use the Platform, such as your interactions, navigation, downloads, shares, searches, and actions you take while using the Services, in order to provide and improve Platform functionality.

1.2 Device and log information

When you use the Services, we may collect certain device and log information to operate the Services, improve user experience, deliver notifications (and, where applicable, advertising), and maintain security. This may include unique device identifiers, device model, system language, country, advertising identifier, operating system and version, IP address, software version, network access information, network quality data, and service logs.

1.3 Feedback and customer support information

If you contact us for support or provide feedback, we may collect the information you submit and your contact details (e.g., email address) so we can respond to you.

1.4 Cloud processing for effects / rendering

To provide fast and accurate image/video processing features, we may upload the material to be processed (or relevant labels/metadata) to cloud servers. Such materials/labels are used only to provide the requested processing and are not retained longer than necessary nor used for unrelated purposes.

Important (No Account / No Registration): This app does not provide user registration, account creation, login, or account deletion flows. Therefore, account-related data collection does not apply.

1.5 Payments via Google Play

In-app purchases and subscriptions (if offered) are processed via Google Play. Google handles the payment transaction. We do not collect or store your card details. We may process limited information related to purchase verification and subscription status provided by Google Play to deliver paid features and provide support.

2. Permissions We May Request

To provide certain features, we may request device permissions. We follow a data minimization principle and use permissions only when necessary and, where required, with your consent. Examples include:

You can manage permissions at any time via your device settings. Disabling a permission may limit the related feature, and stops collection for that permission going forward.

3. How We Collect Information

4. How We Use Your Information

We may use information we collect to:

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

5.1 Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used to remember preferences, understand usage, and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

5.2 Analytics

We may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how the Services are used and to improve performance. These tools may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address (as permitted), and usage events.

6. Data Storage and Retention

6.1 Storage

Your information may be processed and stored in your country or in other countries where we or our service providers operate. We take reasonable measures to protect your information during transfer and storage.

6.2 Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize information.

7. How We Share Your Information

We may share information with service providers and partners that help us operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, notifications, customer support), subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information if required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal processes, protect our rights, investigate violations, or ensure user/public safety.

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or bankruptcy, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your information, we will take appropriate steps and notify you where required by law.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also have a right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Note (No account deletion flow): Because the app does not offer accounts, there is no “account deletion” feature. You can still contact us to exercise applicable rights (e.g., access or deletion requests) where relevant.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for children. If you are under the age required by your local law (for example, under 16 in some regions), you should not use the Services without parental/guardian consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information without consent, please contact us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when the latest version took effect. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
